Integrations

Connect AethenoxAI with third-party tools and services.

Overview

Integrations let you connect AethenoxAI to the tools your team already uses. Sync contacts with your CRM, push events to your analytics platform, or trigger actions in external services when things happen in your workspace.

Available Integrations

AethenoxAI supports a growing list of integrations, including CRMs, helpdesk tools, analytics platforms, and webhook endpoints. Browse the full catalog on the Integrations page to see what's available.

Connecting an Integration

Go to Settings → Integrations
Click "Settings" in the sidebar, then select "Integrations" from the submenu.

Browse available integrations
Scroll through the catalog or use the search bar to find the service you want to connect.

Click Connect
Click the "Connect" button on the integration card.

Follow the authorization flow
Depending on the integration, you will either be redirected to an OAuth authorization page or prompted to enter API credentials. Follow the on-screen instructions to grant access.

Verify the connection
Once connected, the integration card shows a green "Connected" badge. Test the connection by triggering a sample event.

Some integrations require additional configuration after connecting, such as mapping fields or selecting sync direction. Check the integration's detail page for specific setup instructions.

Managing Integrations

View connection status
The Integrations page shows all connected services with their status, last sync time, and any errors.

Edit or disconnect
Click on a connected integration to edit its settings or click "Disconnect" to remove the connection. Disconnecting does not delete previously synced data.
