Security

Manage your account security — password, two-factor authentication, and sessions.

Overview

The Security page provides tools to protect your AethenoxAI account. Update your password, enable two-factor authentication, and monitor active sessions to keep your workspace secure.

Changing Password

1
Go to Settings → Security
Click "Settings" in the sidebar, then select "Security" from the submenu.
2
Click Change Password
In the Password section, click the "Change Password" button.
3
Enter current and new password
Enter your current password for verification, then type your new password. The new password must meet the minimum strength requirements shown on screen.
4
Save
Click "Save" to update your password. You will remain logged in on your current session.

Two-Factor Authentication

1
Enable 2FA
In the Two-Factor Authentication section, click "Enable". You will be asked to confirm your password.
2
Scan the QR code
Open your authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy) and scan the QR code displayed on screen.
3
Enter the confirmation code
Type the six-digit code from your authenticator app and click "Verify". Two-factor authentication is now active on your account.
Tip
Enable two-factor authentication for all team members. Owners and Admins can enforce 2FA as a workspace-wide requirement from the Security settings.

Session Management

1
View active sessions
The Sessions section lists all devices and browsers currently logged in to your account, including location and last active time.
2
Revoke a session
Click "Revoke" next to any session you do not recognize. That session is immediately logged out. Use "Revoke All" to sign out of every device except the current one.
Warning
If you see a session you do not recognize, revoke it immediately and change your password.
