Team Members
Invite and manage team members in your workspace.
Overview
The Team Members page lets you control who has access to your AethenoxAI workspace. Invite colleagues by email, assign them a role, and manage their access as your team evolves.
Inviting Members

Go to Settings → Team
Click "Settings" in the sidebar, then select "Team" from the submenu.

Click Invite
Click the "Invite" button in the top-right corner of the team list.

Enter email and select role
Enter the team member's email address and choose the role you want to assign them.

Send the invitation
Click "Send Invite". The team member will receive an email with a link to join your workspace.
Info
Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend an invitation from the pending invites list if it expires.
Managing Members

Change roles
Click on a team member to open their profile. Use the role dropdown to change their role at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

View activity
Each team member's profile shows their recent activity, including last login, conversations handled, and actions taken.
Removing Members

Click Remove
On the team member's profile, click the "Remove" button.

Confirm removal
Confirm the action in the dialog. The member will immediately lose access to the workspace.
Warning
Removing a member does not delete their past activity or conversation history. Their actions remain in the audit log.
