Call Logs
View and analyze your call history — inbound and outbound calls with recordings, duration, and status.
Overview
Call Logs record all inbound and outbound voice calls. Each entry shows caller/callee, duration, status, timestamp, and recording if enabled. Use Call Logs to review conversations, monitor team activity, and track communication history with contacts.
Viewing Call Logs

Go to Voice → Call Logs
Navigate to the Call Logs page from the sidebar under the Voice section.

Browse the call list
Calls are sorted by most recent. Each row shows the contact name or number, direction (inbound/outbound), duration, and status.

Click any entry for full details
Click on a call entry to open the detail view, including recording playback if a recording is available.
Filtering Calls

Use date range picker
Select a start and end date to narrow the logs to a specific time period.

Filter by status
Filter calls by status — completed, missed, or failed — to find the entries you need.

Search by phone number or contact name
Use the search bar to find calls associated with a specific phone number or contact name.
Tip
Combine multiple filters to quickly find specific calls. For example, filter by "missed" status within a date range to identify follow-up opportunities.
Call Details
Each detail view provides a comprehensive look at a single call:
- • Call Timeline — Start time, ring duration, talk time, and end time
- • Recording Playback — Listen to the call recording directly in the browser
- • Duration — Total call length including ring and hold time
- • Team Member Notes — Notes added by team members during or after the call
