Overview
Voice campaigns let you send automated phone calls to contacts with a pre-recorded message or AI-powered conversation. Use campaigns for appointment reminders, promotional outreach, surveys, and more.
Creating a Campaign
1
Go to Voice → Campaigns
Navigate to the Campaigns page from the sidebar under the Voice section.
2
Click "New Campaign"
Click the "New Campaign" button to start creating a new voice campaign.
3
Name campaign and select target audience
Give your campaign a descriptive name and choose the contacts or tags to target.
Recording Audio
1
Choose audio source
Select your audio source: upload an MP3 or WAV file, or record directly in your browser using the built-in recorder.
2
Preview audio
Listen to a preview of your audio to make sure it sounds clear and professional before attaching it to the campaign.
Campaign Execution
1
Set calling window
Define the start and end times for when calls should be placed. This ensures contacts are only called during appropriate hours.
2
Configure retry settings
Set how many times a call should be retried if the contact doesn't answer, and the interval between retries.
3
Launch or schedule
Launch the campaign immediately, or schedule it for a future date and time.
Tip
Schedule campaigns during business hours for higher answer rates. Calls placed between 9 AM and 5 PM local time typically see the best engagement.
Viewing Results

- • Answered / Unanswered — Breakdown of calls that were picked up vs. not answered
- • Average Duration — Mean call length across all answered calls
- • Per-Contact Status — Individual call status for each contact in the campaign
