Overview
Broadcast campaigns let you send a single template message to a large group of contacts. This is ideal for marketing promotions, announcements, reminders, and updates. All broadcast messages must use an approved template.
Creating a Campaign
1
Go to WhatsApp → Broadcast
Navigate to the Broadcast page from the sidebar.
2
Click "New Campaign"
Click the "New Campaign" button.
3
Name your campaign
Give your campaign a descriptive name (e.g., "April Product Launch").
4
Select a template
Choose an approved template from the dropdown. Fill in any template variables.
Selecting Recipients
1
Choose your audience
Select contacts individually, or use tags to target a group (e.g., all contacts tagged "VIP").
2
Review recipient count
The campaign form shows the total number of recipients. Review this before proceeding.
Warning
Each broadcast message costs credits based on your plan. Check your balance in the Billing section before sending large campaigns.
Scheduling
You can send the campaign immediately or schedule it for later:
1
Choose send time
Select "Send Now" for immediate delivery, or "Schedule" to pick a date and time.
2
Confirm and launch
Review all details — template, recipients, schedule — and click "Launch Campaign".
Tip
Schedule campaigns during your audience's active hours for higher open rates. Avoid sending during late night hours.
Campaign Analytics
After a campaign is sent, click on it in the Broadcast list to view detailed analytics:
- • Sent — Messages successfully queued
- • Delivered — Messages reached the recipient's device
- • Read — Messages opened by the recipient
- • Failed — Messages that could not be delivered
