Channels
Connect and manage your WhatsApp Business Accounts. Each channel represents a connected phone number that can send and receive messages.
Overview
A channel in AethenoxAI represents a connected WhatsApp Business phone number. You can connect multiple channels to manage different phone numbers or business accounts from one dashboard. Each channel has its own settings, webhook configuration, and message history.

You can connect additional channels by repeating the same process. Each channel requires its own WhatsApp Business phone number.
Channel Settings

Open channel settings
Go to WhatsApp → Channels, find your channel, and click the settings icon.

Configure options
Available settings include: channel display name, default AI agent assignment, webhook URL, and notification preferences.

Save changes
Click "Save" to apply your configuration changes.
Managing Multiple Channels
When you have multiple channels connected, the Channels page shows all of them with their status (Active, Inactive, Error). You can:
- • Switch between channels when composing messages
- • Filter inbox conversations by channel
- • Assign different AI agents to different channels
- • Disconnect a channel by clicking the disconnect button in its settings
