Account Setup
Create your AethenoxAI account, verify your email, and complete the onboarding process.

Create Your Account

Go to the signup page
Navigate to the AethenoxAI signup page. You can find it at the top-right of the landing page — click the "Get Started" button.

Fill in your details
Enter your full name, business email address, and choose a strong password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long.

Accept terms and submit
Review the terms of service and privacy policy, then click "Create Account" to submit.
Verify Your Email

Check your inbox
After signing up, a verification email is sent to your registered email address. Check your inbox (and spam/promotions folder).

Click the verification link
Open the email and click the verification link. This confirms your email and activates your account.

If you did not receive the email, you can request a new one from the verification page. The link expires after 24 hours.
Complete Onboarding
After verifying your email, you will be guided through a short onboarding flow:

Set up your organization
Enter your company name and basic business details. This creates your tenant workspace.

Choose your plan
Select a subscription plan that fits your needs. You can start with a free trial to explore the platform.

Connect your first channel
You will be prompted to connect a WhatsApp Business Account. You can skip this and do it later from the dashboard.
Explore the Dashboard
Once onboarding is complete, you will land on the main dashboard. The left sidebar gives you access to all sections: WhatsApp, Voice, Automation, Insights, Billing, and Settings.
Tip
Look for the ? icon next to section titles throughout the dashboard. Clicking it opens the relevant documentation page.
